Vice Chancellor for Operations

Dr. Kyle D. Parker assumed the duties of Vice Chancellor for Operations in October 2009. He earned a Juris Doctor from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire.
Dr. Parker was founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board for Loislaw.com from 1987-2001. He served as executive vice president for business development and strategic planning for Wolters Kluwer/Loislaw from 2001-2009. In 1994, he also conceived and created the first searchable legal information Internet site, loislaw.com. His areas of responsibility for the University include Campus & Community Events, Health & Safety, Plant Operations, and Technology.
Dr. Parker was the Southwest Finalist for the Ernest & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2000 and was recently inducted into the Arkansas Academy of Computing. He has also had numerous articles written about his entrepreneurial works and has appeared on Bloomberg and CNN.
