Applying as an Adult
At the University of Arkansas Fort Smith, "adult student" means anyone who didn’t just graduate from high school last spring. It also means someone who brings a valuable independence and life experience to the classroom.
Adult students make up a significant portion of our student body. We understand the sacrifices you make as you juggle the demands of work, home and school. Our convenient day, evening, weekend and online courses
To apply for admission into the university, we will need the following:
- Application for Admission
- Copy of your immunization records showing proof of two MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
- Official college transcript(s), if applicable, from each college/university previously attended, no matter the number of credit hours completed
- Official high school transcript or GED scores, if previously completed less than 12 college credit hours.
