Major in Organizational Leadership

The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degree is for students who have completede their associate degree and wish to continue their education. This degree will prepare students for management and supervisory careers in the private, government, industrial, and non-profit sectors.

The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is a flexible degree designed to provide students with an understanding of leader and follower roles, plus leadership responsibilities at various levels within different kinds of organizations. The skills obtained in the BSOL coursework will prepare students for a variety of positions, whether it be running their own business or managing a team in a multi-nationla company. 

The program can be completed through a combination of online courses, or day, evening, and weekend courses in a traditional classroom setting.
