Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Starting in Fall 2012, all residents will need to pay a $200 deposit while living in Sebastian Commons. This deposit is due at the time the contract is signed. The deposit will be held until the student moves out of campus housing and will be released to the student's account. If there are Housing charges still on the student account, the deposit will cover those fees. If the fees are in excess of $200, the student will be required to pay the remaining balance. If there are no fees on the account, the deposit will be refunded, and a check will be mailed to the student.

What bills do I need to pay?

Utilities are included in the contract payment. Included in "utilities" are internet, expanded basic cable, electricity, laundry, water, and sewer. A student account will be billed for the meal plan and room.
