Teaching in various subject areas offered by the University. Instructors are needed for day, evening, weekend, concurrent, and online classes.  Courses vary in length from five weeks to sixteen weeks.  Other related duties as assigned.  Seeking talented and dedicated individuals with the ability to facilitate learning; effective interpersonal skills; enthusiasm; interest in serving the community; commitment to helping students become successful learners; and commitment to working in a team environment. Qualifications of instructors teaching both lower & upper level courses’ leading to an associate or bachelor degree requires a master’s degree in the discipline or related field with a minimum of 18 graduate credits in the subject area.  Instructors in occupational and technical areas such as practical nursing, automotive/welding, and office administration are generally required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and related work experience.  Other job related education and/or experience may be substituted for part of these requirements.

SALARY: $650 -- $800 per college credit hour, depending on area of study.
