The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith will host a Music Faculty Showcase at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 13 at The Blue Lion at UAFS Downtown, located at 101 N. 2nd St. The event will feature various members of the UAFS music faculty presenting a variety of vocal and instrumental music in a variety of styles and genres.

Blood Drive at UAFS to be Held Sept. 19-20
The University of Arkansas - Fort Smith will host a blood drive from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 19-20 in the Reynolds Room of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center, with donors receiving a free T-shirt and free health screening.
Acclaimed Artist’s Exhibit at UAFS Kicks off The Unexpected
A Sept. 1 reception at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith for an exhibit by an acclaimed street artist will kick off this year’s The Unexpected, the arts initiative coordinated by 64.6 Downtown and curated by JustKids taking place September 2-11 in downtown Fort Smith.
