Data gathered by the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith’s Career Services Office shows that 85 percent of graduates from the 2013-14 school year have either found employment or are continuing their education.
Two workforce development grants totaling more than $110,000 from the Governor’s Workforce Cabinet to the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith will create career paths at the university for in-demand jobs both locally and across the state.
The Kennedy Center’s American College Theater Festival for the state of Arkansas will be held Oct. 22-25 on the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith campus, featuring productions by college theater programs from across Arkansas and Oklahoma.

The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith has announced the schedule for this year’s homecoming events slated to run from Oct. 19-24. Events include a pep rally, volleyball game, bonfire, parade, and tailgate.
