PSB Health Occupations Aptitude Exam
 

Individuals who plan to apply to the Dental Hygiene, Radiography and/or Surgical Technology programs are required to take the Psychological Services Bureau (PSB) for Health Occupations exam. Registration forms are available in the Testing Center (Campus Center room 205), the Student Advisement Office, and on-line (Registration Form and Exam Dates).  Individuals are required to pay the non-refundable $20 test fee at the Cashier's Office (on second floor of Smith – Pendergraft Building) and submit a completed registration form to the Testing Center in order to complete the registration process.

IMPORTANT: Registration forms must be completed and turned in at the Testing Center (CC205) one to two weeks in advance in order to reserve a seat for testing.
