societies, this important month is celebrated annually Sept. 15 through Oct. 15.
LGBTQ+ History Month
To support our LGBTQ+ community members in heightening the awareness of the accomplishments
and contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals to the American and global societies, this
important month is celebrated every October.
Native American Heritage Month
To support our Native American community members in heightening the awareness of the
accomplishments and contributions of Native Americans to the American and global societies,
this important month is celebrated every November.
Black History Month
To support initiatives to heighten the awareness of the accomplishments and contributions
of Blacks, including African Americans, Caribbean, Africans, et, to the American and
global societies, this important month is celebrated every February.
Women’s History Month
To support initiatives to heighten the awareness of the accomplishments and contributions
of women to the American and global societies, this important month is celebrated
every March.
Asian/Pacific Islander Heritage Month
To support initiatives to heighten the awareness of the accomplishments and contributions of Asian/Pacific Islanders to the American and global societies, this month is nationally celebrated in May, but we celebrate annually in the month of April due to commencement and summer break.
