Admission into the UAFS radiography and diagnostic medical sonography programs is
competitive. Students who meet the minimum admission criteria are eligible to apply
for admission. The application deadline for fall entry into the program is May 15.
Students applying for the radiography (A.A.S.) program must submit their application to the advising coordinator for the College of Health, Education, and Human Sciences before this application deadline.
Students applying for the diagnostic medical sonography (B.S.I.S.-DMS) program must submit their application to the DMS program director before the application deadline. Copies of all unofficial transcripts (excluding UAFS), DMS program statement, a copy of current license(s), and AART certification(s) should be included with the application.
