Medical Office Assistant (WATC)
Location: Peak Innovation Center (Satellite)
Two-Year Program
- 28 college credit hours
Students learn to assemble patient health information, ensure proper completion of
all forms, and record information using various computer systems. In addition, students
will learn the proper management of patient records, medical coding and billing, and
computer applications. The curriculum in the medical office assistant program emphasizes
high standards of proficiency in communication, technology, and information management.
