Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt Certification

Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a proven way to eliminate waste and improve efficiency in any workplace environment. It is a fact-based, data-driven philosophy of improvement that drives customer satisfaction.

The Yellow Belt is designed for core team members who will be participating in projects but do not lead projects on their own. They are often responsible for developing process maps or other items to support LSS projects. The Yellow Belt course is designed for employees at any organizational level.
