The University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, will host a networking and open interview opportunity for students interested in working with ArcBest Corporation from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, in the Latture Conference Center.

“This event is more than an email or video interview but is a handshake and a face-to-face conversation. It’s an opportunity to learn about future employment and be ready for professional networking,” said Susan Krafft, executive director of Career Services and the Babb Center for Student Professional Development.

ArcBest is a multibillion-dollar integrated logistics company that leverages technology and a full suite of shipping and logistics solutions to meet customers’ supply chain needs. There are full-time positions available, and this event would allow upcoming grads to discuss potential employment after they walk across the stage,” she said.

The UAFS Career Services office prepares students to network with potential employers, make a great first impressions, perfect their personal elevator speech, and create a stand-out professional cover letter and resume.
