The University of Arkansas - Fort Smith has announced the 18 students receiving awards for their research presentations delivered at the ninth annual Undergraduate Research Symposium.
Research projects presented at the conference included presentations on “Star Trek,” a robot designed by students, and the relationship between text messaging and intimacy among young adults. Research disciplines represented were biology, business, education, English, electronics, engineering, finance, geology, graphic design, history, information technology, media communication, psychology, radiography and studio art.
