2 Commissioned into Army National Guard
Two University of Arkansas - Fort Smith students were honored Dec. 10 with a ceremony signaling the end of their participation in the Army ROTC program at UAFS and their commissioning as second lieutenants in the Arkansas Army National Guard.

Wichita Homeschool Wins Frontier Trails BEST
Over 20 teams braved the cold weather and icy roads to compete in the Frontier Trails BEST Regional Robotics Competition held Dec. 6-7 at the Fort Smith Convention Center, in which Wichita Homeschool of Wichita, Kan., took top honors.
