UAFS uses Microsoft accounts that allow students and employees to reset their campus passwords. Once you have registered two or more authentication methods for your UAFS Microsoft account, you can securely change a forgotten or expired password without having to contact the IT Service Desk.
If your password is not working and you have NOT registered two or more authentication methods to your UAFS Microsoft account, please call the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460 between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the staff will be happy to assist you.
If you are having trouble logging in to campus technologies, please first verify that your UAFS credentials are working properly. You can do this by logging into the Microsoft My Account page.
If you cannot log into the My Account page, please use the Microsoft password reset tool to recover your account.
If you cannot reset your password, please call the IT Service Desk at 479-788-7460 between 7:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the staff will be happy to assist you.
Yes, Google apps (except Gmail) are still available by logging into myapps.microsoft.com
