Resolving Web Browser and Computer Problems

Some problems in online courses can be fixed by clearing your web browser cache and Java temporary files. You should clear your browser cache regularly (once every one to two weeks or more often if you browse the internet frequently).

How to Perform a "Cold Boot"
(Shutting Down and Starting Your Computer)

Many computer problems can be resolved by running a shut down of the computer and waiting 30-60 seconds before restarting the computer. Do not use the Restart option as this will not fully power down the computer and errors may remain.
