Lion Leadership
Lion Leadership is a rewarding leadership development program designed for full-time employees of the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith to build relationships across campus, develop a more holistic view of the university, and become more effective champions for the university.
The Lion Leadership program consists of a class of 12 full-time UAFS employees (six faculty and six staff) that will have a total of eight all-day sessions over the course of the 2025-2026 academic year with two additional lunch sessions.

To be fully considered for participation in this program, applicants should be current,
full-time UAFS employees in good standing with the university having completed at
least one year of full-time employment with UAFS.
