Award Management (Post-Award)

The UAFS Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) provides comprehensive administrative support to researchers and faculty engaged in sponsored projects and awards. Our dedicated team assists principal investigators (PIs) with a range of services, including:

  • negotiation and acceptance of awards.
  • preparation and submission of award documents.
  • interpretation of sponsor and university fiscal policies.
  • reviewing and countersigning documents and correspondence to funding agencies.
  • reviewing budget adjustment requests with departmental personnel.
  • serving as a liaison with university administrative support units and auditors.
  • monitoring and ensuring compliance.
  • assisting in the administrative close-out or transfer of awards.
