Spring 2024 commencement ceremonies will take place at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, in the Stubblefield Center.

The 10 a.m. ceremony will honor graduates from the College of Arts and Sciences.

The 1 p.m ceremony will honor graduates from the College of Business and Industry.

The 4 pm ceremony will honor graduates from the College of Health, Education, and Human Sciences.

Guests and graduates may park in any UAFS parking lot, with the exception of the lots directly adjacent to Stubblefield. These are either reserved or set aside for attendees with physical disabilities.

All lots noted with blue and/or green (with the exception of lot G) are open parking for commencement.

The doors to the Stubblefield Center will open to guests one hour prior to the start of each ceremony.

Tickets will not be issued.

Graduates should leave valuables (purse, keys, etc.) with guests prior to arriving to line-up.

UAFS has contracted with Grad Images to take individual photographs at commencement. They will take two photographs of each graduate: the first is of the graduate being presented the diploma cover by the Chancellor, and the second as the student walks off the stage. Grad Images will be contacting each student via email with prices and proofs the week after the ceremony.

Please do not enter the arena floor during the ceremony to take photos.

Handicapped seating is on the upper concourse of the Stubblefield Center. This level can be accessed directly by the south entry (entry on the baseball field side), or at the north entry (entry facing campus) via the elevator.

Handicapped parking is available in any Stubblefield lot to any vehicle that has a state-issued handicapped placard or license plate. The drive by the south entrance is the best place to drop off guests with limited mobility.

All ceremonies will be live-streamed on this page and the UAFS YouTube channel.
