Faculty Instructional Support Desk
Faculty who need technical assistance with Blackboard Learn, Ensemble Video, Camtasia, or Respondus products should contact any of the aforementioned personnel via phone. The preferred method for contacting Instructional Support with service requests is via the department email InstructionalSupport@uafs.edu.
Faculty who need technical assistance with their office or lab computers, network, or on-campus internet connections should contact the Help Desk via Service Now.
Student Support Desk
Students who have a technical problem with their computer, including connecting to the Blackboard Learning System (BLS) or running Blackboard, should contact Technical Support.
Students who have course-related issues should contact their instructors.
