Jasmine SmithIf Jasmine Smith was surprised to be named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal’s 2022 Fast 15, her boss wasn’t.

“We are proud to see Jasmine on this list,” said Blake Rickman, Vice Chancellor for University Advancement and Executive Director of the UAFS Foundation. “She is already a star on the UAFS campus, and we’re thrilled to see her recognized across the state as well.”

Smith, a 2014 graduate of the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, is the director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving. After completing a master’s degree in college student personnel at Arkansas Tech, she returned to UAFS as coordinator for student activities; later, she became the assistant director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving. In July 2021, she became the department director.

“I am so excited to be selected for the Fast 15 this year,” Smith said. “I love being a part of the UAFS family and am humbled to be recognized.”
