Drama Club to Host Red Bike Film

Written By: Samantha Contreras

The University of Arkansas - Fort Smith Drama Club will showcase a film adaptation of the stage play Red Bike from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday, April 28, at the Amphitheater on the UAFS campus.

According to the Unicorn Theatre, Caridad Svich, playwright of Red Bike, says the story follows “a child, poised on the brink of adolescence,” and their journey discovering the harsh reality of a systemic society cycled by social-economic and political issues.

Admission to the Red Bike film adaptation is free for all UAFS students, faculty, staff, senior citizens, children under 18 years of age, college students, military personnel, veterans, and general admission.
