Haunted University Celebrates 20 Years on Oct 28.

The River Valley community is invited to the 20th annual Haunted University at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith on October 28 from 6-9 p.m.

This storied event, hosted by the UAFS Campus Activities Board and sponsored by Baptist Health of Fort Smith and Van Buren, promises an evening of safe Halloween celebrations featuring Trunk or Treat, Carnival Games, and a student-operated Haunted House. (In the event of inclement weather, Trunk or Treat will be moved indoors.)

For two decades, the Campus Activities Board has brought students, faculty, and staff together to give back to the region through this Halloween gathering.

"We recognize how important it is to give back to the community we serve,” said Dyllan Newell, Student Activities and Civic Engagement Coordinator at UAFS. “This is an exciting way to familiarize people with our campus, and we hope you’ll come out and join us!”

All ages are welcome, and the event is free and open to the public.
