UAFS System Back Online

All,

Early this morning the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith experienced system outages that impacted several online functions. As of 11:20 a.m. all systems are functioning properly. I want to thank our diligent IT team for working to restore all of the systems. 

Chief Information Officer, Terry Meadows, assures me that the university did not experience any type of outside interference in our systems or data security, and believes a power outage caused a system disconnect that has since been resolved after rebooting and repairing campus servers and SANs.

If you attempted to log in, make payment, etc. this morning, please try again. Thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
