Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center Closed Until July 8

*UPDATE: The Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center is now scheduled to reopen July 8. Office relocations will continue as listed below.*

The Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center will continue to be closed through the remainder of this week, due to an outage in the HVAC system.

To ensure continued service, the following offices will temporarily relocate:

• ROAR Advising: Latture Conference Center (Business and Industrial Institute Room 102)
• Financial Aid: Flanders Room 111
• Cashier: Fullerton Room 203
• Admissions: Flanders 200 (Check-in for campus tours will be in the lobby outside of the Latture Conference Center)

Employees in the International and Registrar's offices will be available remotely via email (international@uafs.edu and registrar@uafs.edu,) or Microsoft Teams. Transcripts can be ordered and sent electronically through the UAFS transcript ordering webpage and selecting Electronic Delivery.

The Follett on-campus bookstore and Starbucks will remain closed. 

An email will be sent out to campus when the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center is ready to re-open.
