The American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation is seeking third-party comments from students, faculty, patients and the community regarding the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith’s Dental Hygiene Program.

 

Comments must be signed and pertain only to the standards by which the program will be evaluated. Criteria include institutional effectiveness, educational support services, health and safety provisions and patient care services.

 

Comments should be sent directly to the Commission on Dental Accreditation, 211 East Chicago Ave., Chicago, Ill., 60611, and must be received no later than July 3. The university will host a visit from the commission Sept. 3-4.

 

Signatures will be removed from comments prior to forwarding them to the program.
