1970s

Donna Jones, ‘78, accepted a new position as Assistant Principal of Ballman/Bonneville.

1990s

Patricia Briley, ‘92, became part of the UAFS faculty as an instructor in the nursing program in August 2020.

Carol Westcamp, ‘94, married Tommy Sessums.

Former UAFS standout and head women’s basketball coach Tari Cummings, ’99, has accepted a position as an assistant coach at Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

2000s

Alicia Peerson, '08, received an Education Specialist Degree in reading from Arkansas State University.

Casey Perez, '04, is newly married with two biological children and one stepchild.

Brandon McFadden, '07, was promoted with tenure to associate professor in the Department of Applied Economics and Statistics at the University of Delaware.

Luke Crouch, ‘08, celebrated 8 years at Ouro Mining Inc.

Robert Jetton, ‘09, started a new role as controller at Industrial Piping Specialists Inc.

Cody Fabor, ‘09, and his wife Casey welcomed Scarlett Faber into the world on June 12, 2021.

Katie Schluterman Kratzberg ‘07, and AJ Kratzberg welcomed their son Konner Joseph Kratzberg to the world on June 2, 2021.

Elizabeth Love, ‘09, accepted new position as principal of Spradling Elementary.

Matthew Hominick,’08, accepted new position as director of Belle Point Center.

Rachael Foster, ‘03, accepted new position as assistant principal of Southside.

Keith Lux, ’07, achieved the status of an Ameriprise Financial private wealth advisor.

Jeremy May, ’07, has accepted a new position as vice president for Client Services and Strategy at Ramsey Mediaworks in Joplin, Mo. He will be working remotely from Fort Smith.

2010s

Clinton Johnson, ‘11, started a new position as organizational development specialist at Gerdau.

Audra Cooper, ’16, and her husband Colton Cooper welcomed their daughter, Lexie in to the world on Aug. 6, 2021.

Daniel Peek, ’17, got engaged and was promoted from operations supervisory for ABF Freight in Kansas City, MO, to supervisor implementation for Innovative Operations for ABF Freight.

Priscilla Red, ’18, accepted a marketing position with Amazon in El Paso, Texas.

Joshua Harris, ’17, began facilitating an opiate addiction focus group at Rightway Medical of Roland.

Amanda Terbieten, ’16, got married on Nov. 21, 2020.

Amra Nicholson, ’19, planned to welcome baby Nicholson in December 2021.

Angela Mattingly, ’10, had her first child, Oliver, in 2018.

Aaliyah Grant, ’18, planned to be married April 24, 2021.

Ashley Boyd, ’17, got married over the summer and has a 3-year-old child.

Ashley Capes, ‘18, teaches at Lavaca High School. Since graduating from UAFS, she has gotten married and had a baby.

Brittany Brazil, ’14, married in 2015 and had her first son in August 2020.

Brook Fruits, ’10, got married in 2011 and welcomed her first son in 2019.

Tia Teague, ‘17, graduated with her master’s degree in Speech Pathology. She is starting a new job as a contract speech therapist at HOPE Therapy and at Hackett Schools.

Hayley Howard, ‘16, starting a new position as Manager of Strategic Initiatives for Mercy Health Systems - Fort Smith.

Carla Acosta, ‘18, started new position as senior analyst at Lowe’s Companies Inc.

Tristen Long, ‘18, started new position as loan processor at Primary Residential Mortgage.

Jerry Cervantes, ‘10, celebrated 1 year at Pyramid Central Roofing, LLC.

Murphy-Michelle Burt, ‘18, started new position as clinical liaison at Northwest Health System.

Corrie M. Harrold ‘16, got married and became Corrie M. Jenkins.

Joshua Anderson, ‘17, started his new role as information security analyst at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Chasse Daniels, ‘18, started a new position as planning supervisor at ArcBest.

Matt Callaway, ‘17, received a promotion to trade compliance specialist at ArcBest.

Amy Wilson, ‘09, and Brock Wilson, ’10, welcomed their son, Grant Kendricks Wilson into the world on June 17, 2021.

Travis Schluterman, ’13, and Staci Rietman ’15 were engaged to be married on Sept. 25, 2021.

Callie Sphan, ’19, has been accepted into the ATU Instructional Technology, Library Media master’s degree program.

Constance Elmore, ‘14, has started a new position at Hackett School this fall as a family and consumer science teacher.

Katie Burgess, ’17, and her husband welcomed their daughter, Parker Sloane Burgess, into the world on June 21.

Ian Miller, ’11, is the lab director for Higher Testing.

Mary Barker, ’12, has been accepted into the master’s degree program in American Studies at Northeastern State University.

Tony Jones, ’16, passed the Arkansas Bar Exam in April 2021.

Steven Stone, ’19, graduated in May from UA Fayetteville with a master of education degree in Higher Education and has accepted a position as a financial aid student success specialist at Northwest Arkansas Community College

Angela Havro, ’15, started new job as a software support analyst for Fort Smith Public Schools on April 16.

Spencer Hart, ’15, was promoted to senior pricing analyst at ABF Freight.

JD Clayton, ’18, released his new single “Dance Another Dance.”

Joseph, ’17, and AnnMarie McCollum, ’18, Pope got married April 24, 2021.

Dylan Karber, ’15, accepted a new position as senior analyst, sales financial planning at Tracfone Wireless.

Mason, ’18, and Erin, ’20, Rhodes welcomed their son, Barrett Hunter Rhodes, into the world on April 29, 2021.

Erin Rhodes was promoted to Logistics manager at Tankersley Foodservice.

Laura Millican, ’17, graduated with an MBA with a specialization in marketing and social media marketing from Saint Leo University.

Tyler Armstrong, ’17, is the volunteer coordinator with the Fort Smith International Film Festival as well as the founder and the vice president of the Downtown Fort Smith Arts Walk.

Kristen and Remington Pate, ’16, welcomed Brooks Remington Pate, their first child, on May 8. Brooks arrived at 8 pounds 9 ounces, and 20 ½ inches.

Zack Gramlich, ’15, graduated in May with his master of science degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University.

Chasse Daniels, ’18, graduated in May with an MBA and a graduate certificate in project management from Missouri State University.

Daysi Rosales, ’17, graduated with her master's degree from Harding University.

Tony Phanouvong, ’17, started a new position as senior tax accountant at Tyson Foods.

Bailee Crenshaw, ‘19, continued her career as a tax accountant at Hanna Oil & Gas on Aug.16.

Brittany Brazil, ‘14, has been married since 2015 and had her first son in August of 2020.

Brook Fruits, ‘10, got married in 2011 and welcomed her first son in 2019.

Cara Boyd, ‘16, was hired by Fort Smith Public Schools in June of 2016 at Sutton Elementary. She got married in March of 2017. She has had two babies in 2018 and 2020. She is starting her sixth year at Sutton Elementary.

Chandler Papasan, ‘15, has been married for 5 years.

Cheyenne Boots, ‘15, got married last year and is a new home owner.

Cindy Popa, ‘15, is a new grandmother as of September.

Morgan Smith, ‘13, recently became engaged to Josh Karsten, ‘14. The two met while attending UAFS and have been together for 10 years.

Daniel Bibiano, ‘16, and Giau Pham, ‘16, recently married after Giau graduated with her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

David A. Trotter, ‘16, published a book, Birthrights: Book One of the Last Son of the Feromage Saga. His artist is Aaron Moschner, ‘13.

Stephen Cranford, ‘14, started a new position as director of facilities management at Encompass Health.

Brittany Potts, ‘15, started a new position as territory sales manager at Tempur Sealy International.

Meagan Price, ‘14, started a new position as owner agent of Farmers Insurance.

Ryan McMahan, ‘11, started a new position as director of sales at Zengistics.

Alex Glennon (now Schneider), ‘16, got married on Sep 17, 2021.

Tony Phanouvong, ‘17, married Kim Phu,’16, on Oct 3, 2021.

Hunter Cabe, ‘13, started a new job at Walmart as a manager in Global Procurement, focusing on Facilities and Maintenance, on Sep 27, 2021

Travis Schluterman, ‘13, and Staci Shluterman, ‘15, got married on September 25, 2021.

Lauren Andrews, ‘18, passed her AANP certification and has accepted a position with Mercy Rural Health Clinic in Paris, AR.

Ashley Hill, ‘19, received a job as a special education paraprofessional at Poteau Public Schools

Allison Thompson, ‘19, became engaged to Chris Strasser and planned to be married on Dec. 4, 2021.

Megan Nichols, '15, was promoted to market executive for Regions Bank.

Kevin, '18, and Ashlee, '17, Wein, welcomed their baby girl, Poppy Jean Wein, into the world on Nov. 11, 2021.

Kayla Sidwell, ‘18, and husband, Tyler, welcomed Jensen Tyler into the world on Oct. 30, 2021.

Brice Jones, ’10, has a new position as vice president of Industrial Sales at Bauer Compressors Inc.

Trae Norton, ’11, was promoted to partner at RMP Law.

Meagan Bowling, ’12, married Daniel Fudge, ’12, on March 14, 2021.

Nikki Dapson-Yardley, ’18, completed her Master of Science in Education from Arkansas State University. 

Allie Wilson Deacon, ’16, and her husband Adam welcomed the birth of Davis Deacon, their first son, who weighed in at 7 lb. 15 oz. on Feb. 19, 2021.

Logan Emery, '17, started a new position as the regional sales director for Sugar Creek Farms.

Jeff Jamell and Felicia Jamell, both ‘15, welcomed Violet Grace into the world on Feb 24, 2021.

Michael Peters, ’12, has a new position as child care licensing specialist at Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

Remington Pate, ’16, has a  new position as North America workplace health & safety client lead recruiter at Amazon.

Allie Deacon, ’16, has a new position as ambulatory sales representative at Medline Industries.

Courtney Burdick, ’16, and her husband welcomed Emmett Scott Burdick into the world March 2, 2021. 

Jennifer Work, ’17, and her husband welcomed Bentley Allen Work into the world on March 1, 2021. 

Chasse Daniels, ’18, accepted Jeff Goines, ’16, proposal of marriage at Treasure Falls in Pagosa Springs, CO, on March 9.  

Kayla, ’18, and Ryan, ’19, McCutcheon were married , and they welcomed Raiden Brian McCutcheon into the world on March 18.

Luis Aguilar, ’15, was promoted to assistant vice president of finance at Citizens.

Brittany Christian, ’14, joined J.B. Hunt Transport Services as a driver recruiter in September.

Monica Cortez, ’14, started a new position as media clerk at Fort Smith Public Schools in November.

Carlos Ceron, ’15, proposed to his fiancé Breanna Peace on the beach near Miami, FL on Nov. 22, 2020. He planted the ring in a seashell, which he made sure Breanna “found” while they were seashell hunting.

LueDE Yang, '15, started a new position as an equipment maintenance technician with Tesla in November at their facility in Sparks, NV.

Hannah, ‘14, and Travis, ’12, Sandifer announced the birth of their second son, Boone, on Sept. 17, 2020. Boone was 9lbs, 6oz and 21.5 inches long.

David Trotter, ’16, and his wife Heather announced the birth of their son on Nov.16. Theodore Lucas Achilles Trotter weighed in at 7 lbs. 2 ox. and 19.5 inches.

Laurel Sneed-McGehee, ’17, started a new position as employee experience and people applications analyst at ArcBest.

Tommi Vorabouth, ’19, was promoted to Extended Coverage Fleet Manager at USA Truck in November.

Tulsa House, ’17, started a new position as the marketing/social media coordinator at Crawford-Sebastian Community Development Council.

2020s

Rachel Covington, '21, was accepted to UAM's Master of Arts in Teaching program.

Jordan Dart, ’21, is enrolled in the master’s program in Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California.

Emily Tedder, ’20, moved to Rogers and is about to start her master’s degree in mental health counseling.

Amanda Norris, ’20, works at Fort Smith Public Schools working for the Peak Innovation Center.

Bheyleigh Nufer, ’20, got engaged in 2020 with plans to marry October 2023.

Breanna Davenport, ’20, got engaged in February 2021 with plans to marry in December 2021

Colton Key, ’20, is a software developer at ArcBest.

Brice Langley, ’20, got married to Taylor on July 11, 2020, and their baby Gracelynn was born in April 10, 2021.

Angie Meija, ’20, married Wyatt Mahuron.

Chelsea Peugh, ‘21, was a member of the first class to graduate from UAFS with a Master of Education degree and  is interning with NASA to create STEM educational resources.

Coy Wineland, ’20, and Heather Casteel (now Wineland) are married on Sept. 6, 2020.

Cristina Recinos, ’20, has accepted a position as a sales representative at ArcBest.

Cassandra Lopeman, ’20, and Alvis Center, ’18, were engaged Sept. 19, 2020. They have a tortoiseshell cat named Star Crunch.

Caroline Langham, ’21, has accepted a position as a human resources compliance specialist at ArcBest.

Alec Armstrong, ’21, has accepted a teaching/coaching position at Glen Rose High School in Malvern, AR, beginning in the fall semester of 2021.

Cecilia Flores Hernandez, ’20, accepted a new position as an account manager at Snelling Personnel- Fort Smith.

Alina A. Storm, ’20, has accepted a position as administrative specialist in the UAFS Business Office.

Kristi Martin, ’21, started as a staff accountant at Landmark CPA in May.

Hunter Engel, ’20, accepted a new position as customer support coordinator at ArcBest.
