The Bachelor of Business Administration prepares students for careers in management. Management skills are highly sought after by nonprofit organizations and government agencies as well.

Students choose two concentrations from among the following areas: Core Accounting, Professional Accounting, Public Accounting, Business Economics, Consumer Marketing, Corporate Finance, Digital Marketing, Human Resource Management, International Management, Investments, Management, and Small Enterprise Management.

The BBA-Business Administration degree-Online Completion Degree Option is a degree-completion program offered online and designed for individuals who have completed an associate degree from an accredited college or university.

Minor-Business Administration
The Business Administration Minor is intended for non-majors interested in a basic understanding of the role of business in society and the methods used by business. This curriculum also provides a basis for advanced study.

Certificate of Proficency-Community Leadership
The Certificate of Proficiency in Community Leadership is designed to provide a curriculum in which students can actively learn, practice and develop, expand and improve leadership skills and competencies. It is available to all UAFS students.

Certificate of Proficency-Entrepreneurship
The Certificate of Proficiency in Entrepreneurship is designed to develop working knowledge of the key challenges and operating issues facing new startups and small enterprises.

Certificate of Proficency-Human Resource Management
The Certificate of Proficiency in Human Resource Management allows students to demonstrate knowledge in federal, state, and local employee laws and regulations as well as best practices in attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
