Banner Self Service Help

If you are having trouble logging into Banner Self Service, please try the following suggestions in the order listed.

  • Make sure you do not use any upper case letters in your user name.
  • Clear your browser cache and form data and then try again.
  • Try a different Browser.
  • If you are still unable to log in, please go to the Portalguard Password Management system and change your password and then try again.
  • If you need any further assistance please call the Service Desk at 479-788-7460. Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
