Brooke Gray is a senior instructor in the B.S.N. program of the Carolyn McKelvey Moore School of Nursing and the executive director of the upcoming Associate Degree Nursing program. She has been a nurse for 19 years with experience in maternity and obstetrics nursing and home health nursing. She began her career in education in 2014 as an adjunct clinical professor in the nursing program. She worked as the health learningrResource coordinator for the School of Nursing until graduating with her M.S.N. in nursing education in 2015. Since then she has been a nursing instructor for the L.P.N. program, B.S.N. program, and R.N.-B.S.N. program, teaching a variety of nursing courses. She was promoted to senior instructor in 2020. 

Gray has been chairing the School of Nursing Curriculum Teaching and Learning Committee for five years. She has completed research in the topics of effects of simulation in nursing education and barriers for male nursing students and has presented the findings at local and regional conferences in the form of poster and podium presentations. She has also published multiple articles in conjunction with professional colleagues.
