Jennifer Holland serves as executive director for student retention at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. At UAFS, Jennifer has worked with non-traditional students, Title IX, enrollment management, and most recently she is helping to lead retention efforts. Prior to her time at UAFS, Jennifer worked at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, serving as vice president for student services. As the senior student affairs officer, Jennifer has experience in career services, disability services, student conduct, campus life, and other campus services.
Over the past 23 years, she has assisted with the development and implementation of a first-year seminar course, helped to facilitate policy and process changes to improve the student experience, created communications and programs to enhance student success, and partnered with faculty, staff, and departments across campus to facilitate change.
