Yolanda Kilgore is an alumna of UAFS (formally Westark Community College) and a graduate of Tidewater Community College in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She is a first-generation student and has worked more than 12-years in higher education for the TRIO Student Support Services program at UAFS.
