Biography

Lorin Nhongvongsithi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, graduating cum laude in 2021 from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith. She has spent all her professional career at Chick-fil-A until joining the university in 2023.

At Chick-fil-A she was the director of operations and administration, managing a nine-person director team as well as 140 other employees. Over her 20-year tenure, she helped to grow sales and assister her operator in achieving “Symbol” three times.

She is passionate about helping others, leadership development, and being a good steward of all she is entrusted with.
