Update Your Directory Photograph
Use the form below to update your campus directory photograph. This webform is for
UAFS faculty and staff only. Unverified submissions will be discarded. Changes for basic contact information
such as full name, title, office location (and more) must be made through HR/Workday.
Personal biographies should be submited via the Marketing Web Request Form. Please allow up to one week for changes to take place. If you have any questions,
