Use the form below to update your campus directory information. This webform is for UAFS faculty and staff only. Unverified submissions will be discarded. Please note: Information provided through this form will not be reflected in Workday. Faculty and staff who wish to make changes or additions to their Workday personnel information should submit these changes through their Workday login. Other web requests should be submitted via the Marketing Web Request Form. Please allow up to one week for changes to take place.
