Staff Senate Awards

The Lucille Spearman Excellence Awards recognize the contributions made to the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith by eligible staff members in two categories.

The recipients in each category are selected by a sub-committee of the University Staff Council and awarded a $2,500 monetary award.

There are categories for both non-classified (Category II) and classified (Category III) staff. Nominees must wait at least five years to be eligible if they have previously won the award.
