Lucille Speakman Excellence for Staff Nomination Form
The Lucille Speakman Excellence Awards recognize the contributions made to the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith by eligible staff members in two categories. The recipients in each category are selected by a sub-committee of the University Staff Senate and awarded a $2,500 award.
- Category II includes any full-time, non-teaching, exempt staff employed by UAFS for at least three years who are not vice-chancellors or deans.
- Category III includes any full-time non-exempt staff employed by UAFS for at least three years.
