Sonography Application

Students applying for the diagnostic medical sonography (B.S.I.S.-DMS) program must submit their application online before the application deadline May 15th. 

Copies of all unofficial transcripts (excluding UAFS), DMS program statement, a copy of current license(s), and AART certification(s) should be included with the application.
