How it Works
We partner with you from start to finish:
Needs Assessment
We meet with you to identify skill gaps, learning goals, and operational priorities.
Program Design
Our team builds a customized training plan using experienced instructors and proven learning strategies.
Delivery
Training can be conducted on-site at your facility, at the UAFS Center for Economic Development in downtown Fort Smith, or online, whichever works best for your team.

Funding Support
of training costs qualify for reimbursement.
Through the Arkansas Office of Skills Development (OSD), many organizations quality
for grant funding that reimburses 50-75% of training costs. The UAFS Center for Economic
Development (CED) will apply for OSD grants on your behalf, simplifying the process
and helping you make the most of available funding.
