Membership applies to the nonprofit organization as a whole, allowing leadership teams, board members, and staff to utilize available benefits.

Organizational Eligibility

Membership is available to nonprofit organizations serving Fort Smith, the River Valley, and surrounding communities.

Organizations must:

• Have 501(c)(3) status
• Have a board with at least three (3) members, per state law
• Operate in and/or serve residents of Arkansas
• Be in good standing with the State of Arkansas and the IRS

Organizations of all sizes and missions are welcome, including those focused on education, health and human services, arts and culture, community development, and advocacy.
