Membership

Leading a family business is both meaningful and complicated. Some days you’re solving business challenges; other days you’re working through family conversations, and sometimes everything lands on your plate all at once.

You carry responsibility for your business and your family, and some conversations are simply hard to start. The good news is that you don’t have to navigate those moments alone.

The Jim Walcott Family Enterprise Center (JWFEC) is a community where owners, next-generation leaders, and advisors support one another, learn together, and gain clarity for the decisions that shape their family and their business.
