Requirements

1. No older than 25 years old on December 31, 2020.
2. Must be a high school graduate. 
3. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA.
4. Must be a citizen of the United States.
5. Have always been a female.
6. Not now nor have ever been married.
7. Not now or have ever been pregnant.
8. Have not been convicted of any criminal offense.
