Chancellor Riley's email stated:

"UAFS Phased Return to Work Plan: https://campuslife.uafs.edu/services/returntowork

I want to thank our Division of Finance and Office of Procurement for quickly acquiring mass quantities of masks and hand sanitizer for our campus employees.  Also, we have ordered plexiglass partitions which will help to keep employees safer when interacting with students, parents, and visitors.

UAFS will supply up to two disposable facemasks per employee per work day in the summer.  We are still laying out the plan to distribute the masks, and we will announce that plan next week.

Also, I want to thank our Marketing and Communications team.  They have updated our campus map to show locations of the hand sanitizer dispensers which are located in many areas of each building.  Hand Sanitizer Locator: https://campuslife.uafs.edu/services/sanitizer

If you review this plan and have questions or concerns, please begin by contacting your direct supervisor.  They have been empowered to make decisions and they are expected to support staff members who have concerns about returning to work on the campus.  If you believe important information should be added to the website, please do not hesitate to contact me, and I will respond and add your question or additional information to the website.

Lions, thank you for all you have done and will do to help us reduce risk and return to face-to-face instruction this fall!  I hope you and your families have a fun, safe, and relaxing Memorial Day Weekend.

Terisa Riley"
