The Powell Student Health Clinic is a free resource for eligible students* to use for many health and wellness related issues.

  • To promote health and wellness-focused understanding for the UAFS community.
  • To provide consultation to students and other members of the university community regarding health management issues and community resources available.

Please fill out a COVID waiver prior to arriving for testing. Email the documents to us at StudentHealth@uafs.edu prior to your arrival.

  • Call 479-788-7435 to schedule a COVID-19 test.
  • Testing is by appointment only and currently offered 9-11 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • The testing site is located at the 51st Annex, 425 N. 51st St.
  • Please do not walk inside the building to inquire about testing. If you have questions, call the above number or the clinic number below.
  • To schedule free testing at a local clinic, call the River Valley COVID hotline number at 479-289-6508.

*Eligible students are currently enrolled students — part-time, full-time, undergraduate, graduate — with the exception of WATC, concurrent, RWG, and health care-eligible employees who are students.
