Family Workshops

Your student isn't the only one going to college – so are you! We know you have questions, and we have answers. We've gathered campus leaders to give you the tips and insights you need to prepare for college success.

Go Away to College: Live on Campus!

There's a lot to consider when deciding whether your student should live on campus and how they can become involved. What housing options are available? What should they bring? Is it safe? What about meals? What social opportunities exist? UAFS staff will answer these questions, talk about life as a Lion, and show you how UAFS makes housing more affordable and convenient than you may realize.

Plan it forward: Paying for College

Tuition, fees, scholarships, payment plans, FAFSA applications, Pell grants ...

This interactive session will be led by UAFS financial aid specialists and our
bursar.
