Proctor Services
The Gordon Kelley Academic Success Center (ASC), located in Vines 202, offers test proctoring for UAFS students or UAFS applicants only. Exams the ASC will proctor include full-online and synchronous UAFS course exams, make-up exams, and third-party exams (e.g. Accuplacer, CLEP, WebCAPE, and Challenge Exam). The ASC does not proctor Examity remote tests, midterm exams, or final exams.
UAFS faculty must complete an ASC Proctor Request Exam Intake Form to provide us with all necessary information for test administration at least 72 hours before scheduled test dates.
UAFS students must schedule an appointment no later than 24 hours before testing. Email ascFREEuafs or schedule in Navigate. If a student misses their scheduled testing appointment, they must contact their professor for a potential extension and reschedule with the ASC. Students are required to show a valid ID prior to testing.
Students with testing accommodations and their instructors should coordinate with ADA services in Vines 128 or by emailing the coordinator of disability services at ADAFREEuafs.
