Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt Certification

This foundational Lean Six Sigma course provides the essential skills to improve productivity and processes within an organization. Participants will learn key tools and concepts, including process improvement methodologies and Lean analysis techniques, to contribute effectively to Lean Six Sigma projects.  Yellow Belt certification is designed for employees at any level who support Lean Six Sigma projects. While they do not lead projects, they play a crucial role in process mapping, data collection, and improvement initiatives.

Time: 8:00 a.m. - Noon
Dates: Fridays, July 11th - 24th
