How This Survey Data is Collected

Client satisfaction data are collected through voluntary post-appointment surveys sent automatically through the Writing Center’s scheduling system, WCONLINE. Survey responses may include students, faculty, and staff who use Writing Center services. Response rates may vary by term and by question.
