The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is designed to develop leadership skills. Students develop an understanding of leader and follower roles as well as leadership responsibilities at various levels within different types of organizations. The BSOL degree is available as both a four-year program and a two-year completion program. It is also an option through UAFS's Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP). This program is a great option for non-traditional students in the workforce who have some college credit and want to finish their degree.
