Organizational Leadership
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is designed to develop leadership skills. Students develop an understanding of leader and follower roles as well as leadership responsibilities at various levels within different types of organizations. These concepts can be applied to managerial careers across various sectors.
The BSOL degree is available as a two-year completion program. It is also an option
through UAFS's Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP). This program is a great option
for non-traditional students in the workforce who have some college credit and want

The completer track for the Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership (BSOL) is designed for students who have completed at least 45 credit hours and wish to continue their education and advance in their career field.
