The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership (BSOL) at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith (UAFS) is designed to equip students with essential leadership skills applicable across various sectors. - Adult Degree Completion Option: The BSOL is available through UAFS's Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP), offering non-traditional students with prior college credit the opportunity to finish their degree. The ADCP recognizes prior learning experiences, including work, military education, training, and certification programs, potentially awarding college credit for these experiences.
