Dr. Kristin Tardif

The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is designed to develop leadership skills. Students develop an understanding of leader and follower roles as well as leadership responsibilities at various levels within different types of organizations. These concepts can be applied to careers across various sectors.

The BSOL degree is available as a two-year completion program and is designed for students who have completed at least 45 credit hours and wish to continue their education and advance in their career field. This program meets the needs of working adults, with flexible course options tailored to fit busy schedules.


Adult Degree Completion Option

The BSOL degree is also an option through UAFS's Adult Degree Completion Program (ADCP). This program provides opportunity for non-traditional students in the workforce who have some college credit and want to finish their degree.
