While homecoming is still in production, we're already busy behind the scenes making
sure that this year's celebration is the culmination of all the outstanding work our
Lions are doing in the wild.
Please use the links below to nominate alumni, faculty and staff, and friends of UAFS
who are making a difference in their communities and professions.
Nominations are due by November 17, 2025. These awards will be presented at our alumni brunch on Saturday, Feb. 28.

Distinguished Alumni Award
In 1928 the first graduating class of Fort Smith Junior College coined the phrase
“Through Diligence to Victory.” Inspired by their motto, this award is the highest
alumni honor bestowed by the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith. Recipients are alumni
who exemplify this sentiment – having historically distinguished themselves through
outstanding leadership in their professional lives, or through service to the university,

Coming Soon!
We are still working to prepare a fantastic homecoming experience for our student,
alumni and community. Please mark your calendar for February 23-28 and check back
soon.
I don't see any of the Homecoming competition events on the registration. What do
I do?
If you're a current student looking for one of the Registered Student Organization
competitions, please check NUMALink for more info and registration.
In the past, I know that the alumni dinner was a little dressier. What should I wear
to the brunch?
A consistent theme in our homecoming survey responses was that our alumni wanted more
casually toned events. We hear you! All events are casual – including the alumni brunch.
Wear your UAFS gear, or contact the Alumni Office if you don't have an alumni shirt
and would like one. We'll get you hooked up!
I need to add/remove a guest from my registration. How do I do that?
As the event approaches, we cannot guarantee seating for added guests. Please email
us at AlumniFREEuafs with your name, the email you used to register, and the guest who you need to add
or remove.
Questions? Contact Us.
Feel free to contact the UAFS Alumni Office by phone, mail, or email.
